I can no longer attend the OCEAN summit, and I would like a refund.
Respond to your Order Confirmation Email from Eventbrite saying that you would like a refund. We will be able to process for you a full refund once we receive notification from Eventbrite.
Please note: Refund requests received WITHIN TWO WEEKS of the event start date will only qualify for 50% return of the ticket cost. Refund requests received AT LEAST TWO WEEKS BEFORE the event will be refunded in full. Requests will be accepted up until 24 hours before the event. Can I pay for my ticket through bank deposit?
Yes, please deposit the full amount of the ticket to RCBC Account 0468170892. The Account Name is Bohol Chamber of Commerce and Industry - the organization is our nonprofit financial conduit for this event.
IMPORTANT: you must email firstname.lastname@example.org a picture of the deposit slip. We will send you a ticket once we receive it.
If you have a discount for the event, please calculate the amount you owe before depositing the final amount.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
There is no age limit. Please bring with you a valid ID on the first day, so that we can confirm your identity during registration.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
If you are staying at BE Grand Resort, we will be taking care of your transportation to and from the airport/pier. If you are staying at another hotel, you should arrange the transfer with them. You may contact us if you have any issues.
You should not need transportation during the summit, but the hotel will have car rentals available. The easiest way to get around Panglao is by tricycle, which are readily available.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Only non-discounted Access Passes are transferrable. To transfer your ticket you must contact email@example.com and let us know at least 5 days before the event begins. Invited Delegates MAY NOT transfer their tickets.
Can I update my registration information?
Yes, you can update your information through your Eventbrite account. You may also contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

What if I accidentally purchase a ticket with a code for "Invited Delegates" only, but I am not actually an invited delegate?
You must let us know immediately and then pay the full required amount. We check that every ticket purchased with an Invited Delegate's Code is by someone from our Official Guest List. If we see that you are not on our Guest List, we will contact you through the email you provided and ask that you pay the full cost. Otherwise, we will bar you from attending the Summit. We will also be checking ID's at the event.
What does a ticket include and not include?
Full Access Passes include meals throughout the Summit and entry to all Summit events, excluding those for VIPs only.
Tickets DO NOT include accommodations or travel to Bohol. If you are a speaker, sponsor, or invited guest, you must contact us directly to inquire about receiving discounts on hotel and flight. If you are staying at our partner resort, you can receive free airport and pier transfers - you must notify us of your arrival time.

Yes, we are partnering with Be Grand Resort to give discounts on hotel accommodations. We will update you once the hotel booking is available. Be Grand is also the venue for the event.

I didn't receive a confirmation email after paying for my ticket on Paypal.
You should have received a confirmation email and ticket in your email. If you received nothing, the payment probably did not go through. Please check to see if a charge was made on your bank account summary and then try making the payment again.
